MAY BE PEACE ON YOU !: Benefit Of The Day [ Islamic Greeting - Salam ] !!!

MAY BE PEACE ON YOU !: Benefit Of The Day [ Islamic Greeting - Salam ] !!!

Benefit Of The Day [ Islamic Greeting - Salam ] !!!

Asalaam Aleykum Werehmatullahi Wabrakatuhu,
How should we say Salam, What Allah says in the Quran about Islamic greeting, What our beloved Prophet (SAW) said about Salam, Let’s Find Out …

========================================================================================================================================
Allah says in the Quran: Surah An-Nur 24:61

"When you enter the houses, greet one another with a greeting from Allâh (i.e. say: As-Salâmu 'Alaikum - peace be on you) blessed and good. Thus Allâh makes clear the Ayât (these Verses or your religious symbols and signs, etc.) to you that you may understand."

Allah says in Quran: Surah An-Nisa 4:86

"When you are greeted with a greeting, greet in return with what is better than it, or (at least) return it equally. Certainly, Allâh is Ever a Careful Account Taker of all things."
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said in the authentic hadith :

Narrated from 'Abd-Allaah ibn 'Umar that a man asked the Messenger of Allah (SAW): "What is the best thing in Islam?" He said, "Feeding others and giving the greeting of salaam to those whom you know and those whom you do not know"(Bukhari 12).

Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Prophet (SAW) said: "The Muslim has five rights over his fellow-Muslim: he should return his salaams, visit him when he is sick, attend his funeral, accept his invitation, and pray for mercy for him when he sneezes"(Bukhari 1240)

If you don't say salaam or reply, you're losing your hasanats.

Abu Huraira (RA) reported that a man passed by the Messenger of Allah (SAW) while he was sitting with some others, and said "As-salaam Alaikum". The Prophet (SAW) said "He will have 10 hasanats". Another man passed by and said "As-salaam Alaikum wa rahmat-Allah".The Prophet (SAW) said he will have 20 hasanats". Another man passed and said "As-salaam-alaikum wa rahmat -Allaahi wa barakaatuh". The Prophet (SAW) said he will have 30 hasanats"(Bukhari 586).
It is a recommended sunnah (way, tradition) to greet the muslim; it is fard (obligatory) to reply

The Best Way to return Salam is returning with a better greeting as Allah mention in Surah An-Nisa 4:86 (mentioned above).

If someone says "As-salaam Alaikum" in return we should say "Walekum As-salaam wa rahmatullah"
If someone says "As-salaam Alaikum wa rahmatullah" in return we should say "Walekum As-salaam wa rahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu"
If someone says "As-salaam Alaikum wa rahmatullaahi wabarakatuhu" in return we should say "Walekum As-salaam wa rahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu"

Another Important thing to remember is, sometime in a hurry or unknowingly say Salam (islamic greeting) in a way which completely change the meaning of Salam. As its in Arabic many of us doesn't undertand it. We just say it.

BUT please take an extra care while saying salam to your family & friends. Below are the few mistake we all do...

Saam_o_oAailkum- (tum barbaaad ho jao)

Assam_o_Alaikum- (tum ko maut aaye)

Assa-e-kum (tum khushi ko tarso)

Slam-le-kum (tum par laanat ho)
There r basic mistakes n even as Muslims we dun know how to say "ASSALAAMU ALAIKUM"... Lets try and correct ourselves and follow the sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

May Allah Make us of those who follow the way of the Prophet (PBUH) ...

Love of Muslims

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Narrated Abu Hurairah (radi Allahu anhu) that the Messenger of Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “Allah will say on the Day of Resurrection, ‘Where are the two who loved one another for my sake? Today I will shade them with my shade, on a day when there will be no shade but My shade.’” [The Book of Al-Birr: Sahih Muslim]

To love someone for the sake of Allah is to love them because of their Islam; to not expect or want any favours from them but visit them and wish them well only because they are your brother or sister in Islam. There could be no relationship or bond other than this that you both love Allah (subhana wa ta’ala) and increase in your love of Him by keeping each other’s company.

Love has many levels. If you love someone you want to give them gifts. Love makes you want to spend time with your loved ones. The love of parents for their children makes them willing to sacrifice their sleep and comfort for the well being of the child/children. The height of love is that you are willing to lay your life down to protect or rescue your loved one. Many parents can imagine that they would be willing to risk their own lives to save the life of their child.

What about the love that a Muslim is supposed to have for another Muslim? In the words of Syed Qutb Shaheed, “Our words are meaningless until we give them life with our blood.” Allah (subhana wa ta’ala) is asking you and me: “And what reason do you have not to fight in the cause of Allah, to rescue the helpless oppressed old men, women, and children who are crying: ‘Our Rabb! Deliver us from this town whose people are oppressors; send us a protector by Your grace and send us a helper from Your presence?’” [Al-Quran 4:75]

Allah (subhana wa ta’ala) commands: “O believers, fight them until there is no more mischief/fitnah and the Deen of Allah (way of life prescribed by Allah) is established completely.” [Al-Quran 8:39] Fitnah means shirk as Ibn Abbas and As-Sudi (radhi Allahu anhum) said: “When the disbelievers attack and control a country, the Ummah is endangered in it’s religion and it becomes susceptible to doubt in it’s belief. Fighting them becomes an obligation to protect the religion, lives, honour and wealth.” [Al-Qurtubi 2/253]

Do we love our Muslim brothers and sisters enough to try to rescue them? To save their lives, their honour, their wealth, but most importantly their Islam, that is endangered by occupation? The reward of this love is nothing less than shade under the Throne of the All-Merciful on the Day when there will be no other shade, and the sun will be directly overhead, and the sinful will be up to their ears in their sweat.

Message for Non Muslim & Muslim brothers and Sistesr:-

Message for Non Muslim brothers and Sistesr:-

I believe Mr. Adolf Hitler was the biggest terrorist in th history of mankind hu killed almost 0.6 million Jews nd between 11 million to 17 million peoples were th victims of Holocaust Adolf Hitler was not a Muslim, he was a christian, it is nt justice that on wild action of Adolf Hitler I blame whole Christianity religion or labeled all Christian az terrorist?

Furthermore I also believe Benito Mussolini was the 2nd biggest terrorist in th history of mankind killed 300,000 people, imagine 300,000 people, again he was not a Muslim, he was also a Christian??

Islam and Terrorism?
Quran 5:32
“He who killed one person, unless it be a person guilty of man-slaughter (murder) or of spreadin chaos (mischief) in th land, shud b luked upon az though he haz slain all mankind, nd he who saved one life shud b regarded as though he haz saved th lives of all mankind"

Islam and Sucide Attacks?
Prophet Muhammed swt said " He who commits suicide by throttling shall keep on throttling himself in th Hell Fire (forever) nd he hu commits suicide by stabbing himself shall keep on stabbing himself in th Hell Fire.’

Th fastest growing religion in Europe and in America is Islam. Which sword iz forcing people in the West 2 accept Islam in such large numbers?, thousand people converting 2 Islam in America every year???why are they coming to Islam then?

Message for our Muslim brothers and sisters:-

Today we are living in a globalised world, where one doesnt have time to pray towards his Lord, but have you ever got time to think about your ownself? I reccomand you to take five min out of your buzzy life and think about ,
what kind of Muslim are you?what have u done for Islam?just think abt today, dont thnk too far? I mean what have you done for thiz religion and for its message today?
For the same message our prophet Muhammed pbuh worked hard to spread it and he said to khadija "The time to rest is over now" what have you done?probably most of the people had a day off because this is ur life, what does Allah say in the quran? 6.162 Truely, my prayers and my sacrifices and my life and death are for Allah the lord of teh worlds, this should be an attribute of the Muslims. Islam is not a religion where you visit the church on sunday or where you just go to the Friday prayer.
Most of the people may think only shahda is enogh and only friday prayer is enough but you have to compare yourslef to sahaba and you have to orintate yourself to the prophet, of course u will never reach the level of the prophet muhammed pbuh, but at least you have to try hve to to live how he did, believe how he did, act like he did, we already have an example of ibrahim and his companions" these are the ppl you hve to orientate yourself to...Subhan Allah how did umar ibn khattab die? he got stabbed to death in the mosque!
Think about when you fail at school? What is your reaction then`? oh man Sh****! how do u speak, And if you succeed, oh um the best, um the greatest,
where is Alhumdolelha,
where is Subhan Allah.
where is MashAllah
Its time to charge the batteris of our Iman so that every muslim should proudly say ! I am frm Allah and to him I shall Return"
